Ossss

We do not condone any kind of physical aggression, jiu-jitsu, first of all, is a martial art, which over the years has become today a sport and that in soft art seeks the evolution of being in all aspects of life, something different from what happened at the end of the night. We sincerely apologize. Unforeseen events have happened, as every event happens, be it in any situation.

We know this and we seek, although in the situation that occurs in Brazil of financial difficulties, to present to all lovers of art, the appreciation of sport and athletes first of all. We’ve been running since 2002, events of black belts, always aiming to value the athlete and our art, we carry through diverse events in public and currently private partnership, the Bjjstars, and in the spirit that well all know, to bring the jiu-jitsu back to Brazil, and to put to the top the sport so little valued.

We never seek such failures, we are with the intention of valuing you fans, you athletes and lovers of jiu-jitsu, that was, is and always will be our biggest goal.

We want to thank you for the presence of everyone, be you spectator who had certain difficulties with the pay-per-view, you fan who went to the event and unfolded to stay and witness the biggest and best card ever made in the history of jiu-jitsu.

We want to thank the athletes who gave the blood and the tears in the hard fights and very high level of jiu-jitsu, you are examples to be followed, that mold the character of children, stimulate adults and as we saw the live example of Mr. Gerardo, it magnifies the maturity of life. Our thanks, our apology, and the raised head that we will review the errors, adjust the main points and we will return in the second edition of BJJSTARS BLACKBELT EDITION with a learning and energy to seek to provide you an excellent event.
Ossss

Lawsuits being Entertained

It is also known that BJJStars will potentially be looking at filing a lawsuit against Erberth Santos for material damages. In addition to this, they have also been in contact with the IBJJF and the CBJJF, two of the biggest events in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have motioned an outright ban for Santos at these events.
